• 3rd Place in the PennJersey Swim League
• PJSL Champs, Full meet results are attached.
• 91% over-all seasonal average improvement % for all swimmers. This is different from the improvement rate at dual meets. Dual meets are total splashes/total improvements. This 91% is calculated by averaging the # of improvements by athlete. If an athlete is eligible to swim 5 events and they achieved 4 best times this season in them, that equals 80%; if they got 5/5 improvements that equals 100%, etc. 
• 1 New Team Record achieved.

• Lopatcong Pool, Town Council campaign - Lopatcong pool was our home between 1967 - 2019, then Covid hit, and it developed a crack too large to fix. So we rallied our team and community members to influence the town council to build a new one. We were successful; I even met with the town's architect to specifically design a pool with us in mind. In comparison, Walter's Park is a weak design for it's stated purposes, only meets our basic needs, and is far from ideal. The new Lopatcong pool will be a superior facility that brings us back to our historical home and allows us to operate more effectively as an organization. There's a lot of pool design choices I've thought about as a coach since 1992, seemingly little things to many people, but design choices that make running a team at one facility much better than at another. The new Lopat pool will have many of them. However, it's been four years since the Lopat Town Council has heard from us enmasse, and now we NEED a final push to get a pool built with us in mind. They have hit a snag with the bids to build it, so we NEED to put pressure on the Lopatcong Town to ensure we aren't cut last minute. I'm going to send an email providing options and a plan for how we all can do this, so please keep a eye out for it.
