Good afternoon Lightning Bolts,

We had our last practice today, a Fun Friday Amazing Race day. From solving riddles, traversing magical stones to avoid stepping in hot lava, figuring out palindromes, locating infamous volcanoes, to completing a "25 Flip" event, swimmers used their brains, team work, and physicality to finish the race. Congratulations to Ayanna Elston's team, as they won the 2026 Amazing Race!! Also, thank you to Ayanna for helping organize swimmers at the start of practice too. :)

PJSL Updates, Saturday, 7/25

• Arrive: 7:30 am
• We don't want to arrive later than that, to ensure we claim our teams' traditional seating area. Not to mention, finding a parking spot in the main parking area.
• Swimmer Seating: Facing the pool at the deep end, we normally sit on the left, in the area located in and around the bottom of the small hill and fence. 
• WarmUp - 8:15 - 8:30 am, Lanes 1-4
