Good eveing everyone,

Due to the poor air quality tomorrow (Red to Purple AQI), we are going to be at the PES indoor pool for both practice and for the home swim meet against HCY.

PRACTICE, Thursday morning, 7/16

• Just to stay consistent with what everyone is used to, even though we are indoors, we will have the modified "home meet" practice schedule.
• Group A: 8:30 - 9:30 am
• Group B: 9:30 - 10:30 am
• Group D: 10:30 - 10:50 am 

SWIM MEET, Thursday evening, 7/16

Arrive: 5:00 pm

• Swimmers will mostly stay on the pool deck, parents will mostly stay in the hallways. 
• Limited spectator seating.
• Parents can come in to watch their swimmers, then rotate out back to the hallways. The Swimtopia app will be updated during the meet for parents to keep track.
• Mostly just swimmers, officials, volunteers, marhallers, and coaches on deck.
• For older swimmers, mostly stay on deck to avoid dripping in the hallways.
• NO one is allowed in the gym.
• No hospitality sales tomorrow. We will have water bottles for officials and volunteers though.
• Swimmers should bring their own water to drink.
• Lockerrooms are only for swimmers, NO PARENTS.

Four bathrooms:

• Two swimmer male/female bathrooms located in the locker rooms connected to the pool deck.
• Two adult male/female bathrooms in the hallways.
• Far hallway, opposite the parking lot, near the shallow end of the pool is for males.
• The bathroom in the near hallway, closer to the parking lot and deep end is for females.
