Please come by the pool tonight, Friday, at 7:00 pm to help setup the meet. :)

Session 1: Ages 11/Over

• Arrive: 7:00 am
• Warm-Up: 7:15 am, Lanes 1-6

Session 2: Ages 10/Under

• Arrive: 11:50 am
• Warm-Up: 12:05 pm, Lanes 1-4

Tomorrow, please use the air conditioned and clean "VIP" bathroom trailer located near the back gate of the pool. The very old facility bathrooms in the locker rooms near the front gate cannot handle the "load" with large numbers of people... LOL. :) 

Volunteer Needs:

• Duck Distributor - may be an 11/over kid too. They hand out little duckies to the heat winner.
• Bags of Ice and some more food items.
• Hospitality Tent - To help sell our food/drink and raise a little money for the team. We pay the pool $1,000 for the day, and we get this from sales. So, please hep out.
• Afternoon Parking Attendant: Much easier than it used to be. Just confirm to cars to park near the back of the lot first, and then they may also park on the grass next to the lot and around the entire perimitter of the park road. AND..., once everyone is mostly parked early in the session, you're done. You can go watch the meet and just occassionally take a peak on the lot.
• Timers - Sure, the other teams are supposed to provide them too, but since this is our meet, we will need to fill the gaps.
