Hello everyone,

We are in desperate need of food/drink donations and volunteers at the PJSL Champ meet this Saturday. 

• ONLY the 49 swimmers' families who are attending will be there, so all volunteer spots for our team will need to be done by this group. 
• It is not fair to expect others to volunteer when they have no kids at the meet. Which is why this is separate from "job" obligations for dual meets. 

Our team ONLY makes money on gate fees from spectators and hospitality sales. Obviously, if we have a shortage of items to sell, our team loses money by being the host. The host team requirement rotates each year and we have not hosted in many years. Also, we need to cover the extra cost of renting a bathroom trailer ($3500), a cost no other team hosts have previously had. 

As a result:

1. If you have to choose, it is far better to donate items to the PJSL Champ meet so we can break even.
2.  If you have to choose, skip item donations at tomorrow's awards picnic and donate on Saturday instead. Everyone else NOT attending Saturday can help out on Wednesday.

Also, PLEASE REVIEW the attached champ entry & fee list. I am submitting final entries tomorrow, Wednesday.
