This is a very busy week for us, so please take the time today to do the following:

• Monday - modified home meet practice day (see team schedule for 7/7).

GPS Invitational - This is our 49th year hosting it, and we only have 33 swimmers signed up so far. As the host team, let's not be embarrassed and also undermine our own invitational by not showing up for it.

• Swimmers CHOOSE their own events on Swimtopia and there are a lot of fun relays, but not if we only get a couple kids per age group.
• Entry Deadline: 7/10, 11:59 pm
• There is an entry $5 fee per event a swimmer signs up for + a $6 facility surcharge. So, if you need to choose between attending/paying for events at the Invitational or donating to the swim-a-thon,the Invitational is the the priority.
• We will need extra tents on 7/12 for timers/officials to stand under either for rain or an exceptionally hot, sunny day.

Dual Meets

• Double check to ensure you declared your swimmers attendance for Monday (7/7), Tuesday (7/8), and Thursday (7/10).
• I need to finish at least two of the line-ups today, Sunday. So, please no delay.

Swim-a-Thon

• Will be held on Monday, 7/14.
• Please refer to the previous email to find your swimmer's session time.
