Away Swim Meet @ Bethlehem

• Date: Thursday, 7/3
• Location: Bethlehem Twp Community Center, 2900 Farmersville Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020  (It's a LEFT turn onto Farmersville Road - Go past the 1st Farmersville Rd on the right, past Falmer Drive, past the gas station, and take the Farmersville Road that goes LEFT)
• Arrival Time: 5:00

Thursday's Practice, 7/3, regular times for all groups. WEAR Red, White, or Blue suits or shirts (July 4th theme this practice  ).

• Monday, 7/7, Home Swim Meet - Declare attendance ASAP.
• Tuesday, 7/8, Away Swim Meet - Declare attendance.
• Updated "2025 Friend Finder" is posted under the "Resources" drop down menu of our team website. Must be logged in to view it. 
• Saturday, GPS Invitational, 7/12 - You choose swimmer individual events, leave a note for priority of events you like to swim, including relays. 

Swim-a-thon Fundraiser

The Swim-a-Thon is our primary fundraiser each season (see attached PDFs). There's no selling flowers, candles, chocolates, tickets, coupons, or any work required of any parent, except to maybe help count laps on Monday, July 14th.

• Developmental Group & Developmental Hybrid members are exempt.

• No one is obligated to raise funds; if it's an obligation, then it's a team fee, not a fundraiser. However, everyone listed on attached PDFs must participate even if they raise no funds.
• Date: July 14, Monday
• Location: Walter's Park
• Start Times: Green Group starts at 8:30 am, Gold Group starts at 10:15 am, Blue Group starts at 11:20 am
• NOTE: Distance Groups are not the same as training groups, so definitely look for your swimmer's name to see what group they are in and time they should arrive.

• MOST IMPORTANTLY - Use July 4th to find sponsors. It's a perfect time for our kids to ask grandparents, aunts, uncles, family friends, and neighbors to sponsor them while at a BBQ or party!
