Good afternoon,

We have 65 swimmers who qualified for the PJSL Championship, but only 31 who signed up so far. However, we need to know today, SUNDAY, who plans on attending for several reasons:

• ONLY those attending champs may attend practice next week, 7/22 - 7/26 (ALL 11/Over: 8:30 - 10:00, ALL 10/Under: 10:15 - 11:15) 
• ONLY those attending may participate in our "Amazing Race" Wednesday practice.
• WE NEED to CONTACT non-qualifying swimmers if we NEED them for RELAYS. To be fair to those swimmers, we need to let them know today if they are the champs relays or not so they can plan for practice travel and drop-off this week.

PJSL Championships is NOT a "mandatory team" meet the way dual meets are considered, there are no team points. TEAM Champions are determined by the dual meet record; whereas, the PJSL Champ meet determines individual/relay league champions in each event. So, swimmers choose their own events, but leave me a prioritization note. Also, unlike dual meets, if you do not sign-up, there are NO last minute entries allowed and we do not send multiple reminders after today, Sunday.
