Developmental Group 

• We are going to do something new this year, we will have two indoor practices first.
• Tuesday (June 11) & Thursday (June 13), 7:30pm - 8:00pm, Phillipsburg Elementary School pool.

Outdoor Practices - All Groups

We are moving to outdoor practices at Walter's Park on Monday, June 17. 

• Group A (indoor 5:15-6:15): Practices outdoors, 8:30 - 10:00am
• Group B (indoor 6:30-7:30): Practices outdoors, 10:15 - 11:15am
• Group D (Developmental Group): Practices outdoors, 11:20 - 11:50am
• All Groups, Monday to Friday.

Also, do not forgot to purchase a pool membership (look under our team store on gps.swimtopia.com), so you can gain access to the outdoor pool. Without it, your swimmer will not be allowed to participate.

Parent Meeting: All Groups, Thursday (6/13), 6:15 pm, Phillipsburg Elementary School.

Team Captains - The team captain's vote will be held on Wednesday, June 19, during practice. See attached for eligibility requirements.

Meet Officials - We need people to get trained as officials. You do not need previous swimming experience, and the training is done online through our league website. This counts as the required volunteer job each family needs to complete. If interested, please let me know.

Meet Sign-Ups are now open under our schedule on the team website: 

• Dual meets and the GPS Invitational are considered team events, so if your swimmer can make it, definitely declare them as attending. 
• If you need to be late, leave a note on the same form on the website. 
• If you have a significant family obligation and your swimmer cannot attend, that is totally understandable, but you MUST declare your swimmer's absence ahead of time. 

Friend Finder: Our team friend finder will be placed on our website this weekend for families to be able to carshare to practices and meets, or if kids want to hang out beyond swim functions. It is not publicly available, only limited info is viewable, and parents must login to gain access.
