Attached is the entry and fee report for the PJSL Championship meet. 

1. Please verify these are the individual events your swimmer wants. If a change is needed, I need to know ASAP. If no change needed, there is no need to confirm. 
2. Please pay the amount listed on the attached report on our team store, or pay Jill Olexa in cash or check. 

PJSL Championship Meet

• Location: Belvidere Community Pool
• Friday, 6:30 pm, tent and team area set up at Belvidere Pool. Bring a tent if you like.
• Saturday, Arrive: 7:15 am
• Saturday, Warm-Up Start: 7:30 am
• Saturday, Meet Start: 9:00 am

Meet Volunteer Link - Each team is responsible for providing volunteers; this is separate from our own team's requirement for dual meets. Basically, if your child is swimming, you may be called upon to time.

• Free admission for volunteers.
• Spectators: $8 per person, enter through the double gates by the parking lot, NOT the main building.
