Hackettstown @ GPS Dual Meet

• Location: PES
• Arrive: 4:55 pm
• WARM-UP: 5:10 pm
• Entries are attached and on the Swimtopia app.

Please remind your swimmer that they are required to sit and STAY by the team.

• NO playing ball.
• NO running around.

They may sit together and:

• Play cards
• Use any kind of electronic device (tablet, phone, etc.)
• Read
• Play Cards or an old fashion board game.
• Anything they can do safely while sitting with the team and near to the marshalers.
• Stay hydrated with water or a sports drink.
• Eat a healthy snack.

AND, get up to CHEER for their teammates. :)

A team that sits together, cheers together, and swims together, wins together!
