1st GPS Swim Meet, Tuesday, 6/27

1st Swim Meet, Tuesday, June 27, next week!! :) - Location has been moved from Walter's Park to Belvidere. NO hospitality donation items will be necessary at this meet.
Mandatory Meet Attendance Declaration for all swimmers, expectations & procedure are below.
- Officials?? - We still need a couple of volunteers. Please let me know ASAP!! We cannot run the meet without officials. Online training is available and I can help you too.
- Captains' Vote: Wednesday, June 21
- Equipment Pick Up: Wedensday, June 21, 2:30 pm. Anyone who can make it to help us transfer equipment from the old Lopatcong pool shed to Walter's Park, it would be appreciated.
Swim Meet Sign-ups OPEN - Mandatory attendance declaration for everyone, especially those who will miss a swim meet.
- Families with only Developmental Group swimmers do not need to volunteer or attend until their swimmer starts competing.
- EVERYONE else MUST declare "Attending" or "Not Attending".
- No need to tell me when you'll attend practice, but I NEED to KNOW your swim meet ATTENDANCE plans. This, more than anything else in our scheduling, is the TOP PRIORITY.
Attendance Declaration Instructions
- On GPS.Swimtopia.com, go to "Meets/Events".
- Click on "Meet Entry" and/or "Job Signup" to the right.
- Click on "Edit" at the bottom.
- Choose "Attending" or "Not Attending".
- Leave notes if arriving late or leaving early, or requesting an event. Occasionally, I can work in an individual event request to the team line-up, but please know that is not the priority for dual meets and can be worked in only every now and then.
- Each competition group family only needs to work two dual meets.
Also, don't forget to download our Swimtopia mobile app to get updated info before, during, and post meet.
LOOK for the FOLLOW-UP email explaining how to sign-up for a dual meet vs. the GPS Invitational; there is a difference in what you may choose.
