Hello everyone,

• Pool membership at some level is required. 
• See the attached PDF list. If your name is missing, you need to make a pool membership purchase.

If you do not make the purchase by June 14th, this Wednesday, you will not be allowed to participate when we move outdoors for practice. We are moving outdoors on June 15th. I'm sending a list of group assignments and practice times tomorrow, Sunday. 

1. Sign into gps.swimtopia.com
2. Look under "Team Store" tab
3. Click "Pool Membership"
4. Make the purchase.

FAQ: What if I purchase the pool membership after June 14th? Your swimmer may resume practices and meets at any point after the purchase is made.

A little less than 50% of our swimmers are represented on the attached list. So, this is our #1 priority as a team right now. We need to send one check to the Phillipsburg Rec. Department, along with our list of membership types on the swim team. This is a separate agreement between the town and the team. As a result, the swim team administrators are not really "processing" pool memberships, but facilitating them for our swim families. 

The discounts we get is that everyone is eligible for a resident rate on a full membership, or they can get a "partial membership" rate no one else has access to. If you want to take advantage of the town's veteran, EMS, or volunteer firefighter discounts (or any other discount), you must go through the town directly. If you do this, DEFINITELY let me know, and provide the evidence of payment. In this way, we can accurately keep track that all our swim team members are pool members at some level.
