Hi Everyone,

As you know, next Thursday, 5/4/23, is our last Little Liners practice.

Traditionally, we hold an inter-squad meet for the entire team. Your children will swim at least 2 events either of their choosing or what their coaches have deemed appropriate based on your child’s skill level. It is a great way to see how much your child has improved. 

For those beginner swimmers who have almost tackled the entire 25 yards, we will have support in place to help them along. 

We will need all swimmers at the pool by 4:30 on Thursday 5/4 to get them in place. The meet should last about an hour and will be followed by a picnic.

The picnic is a fun way to end the swim season and celebrate your children’s accomplishments. There will be a form for you guys to sign up to bring a dish or dessert to pass. We will start immediately after the last swim heat finishes. Hopefully the weather will cooperate, and we can have it outside. If not, we will have the picnic inside.

It has been our pleasure to work with your children this season. I am so proud of all their swim accomplishments. The assistant coaches have really grown as swimmers and as individuals because of the time that they worked with your children.
