Attached are our initial championship entries. 

If your swimmer's name is not on this list, but they qualified and want to swim at championships, definitely let me know ASAP. 

AS some swimmers may still sign up, RELAYS ARE SUBJECT to CHANGE.

Also, not everyone filled out their individual entries or left a note for their priority preferences. So, I put swimmers in what I think the may do the best in. However, if they want to swim a different individual event, please let me know.
