Tough news..., we need to reschedule tonight's swim meet to next Thursday, July 22.

Palmer Pool may have had a lightning strike hit last night, because the facility's electricity has been out all day and the chlorinator has not been working (pool chlorine levels currently at zero, which will take a couple of hours to bring back up). Plus, the electrician they hired can't make it until 4:30 pm today, and there is no guarantee when the electricity will be fixed; not to mention, obviously no one is allowed in the pool while they are working on the electrical system. 

The Two River's coach was just informed by the pool manager at 2:45 pm that the facility will be closed tonight, as they've been trying to fix the problem since 12:00 pm today. 

So, we have rescheduled today's meet against Two Rivers to next Thursday, July 22.

Thankfully, we have a shortened schedule this season and have some flexible dates, because rarely do we need to reschedule two meets in a season, let alone two in a row. :(
