This is the initial line-up, but there are ALWAYS changes, so please tell your swimmers to be prepared to change an event if a coach calls for it. Th Swimtopia Mobile App and your online account will also show the same info as the original PDFs attached to this email, but they do not always show changes that occur between now and the end of the meet.

How to read them? Swimming jargon?

• The totality of all entries is called the line-up, which is coach created for dual meets. It's a balance of team strategy, opportunities for personal swimmer goals in events, and overall fairness. Everyone swims between 2-4 events each. If your swimmer is only entered in one event, definitely let me know ASAP.
• H/L = Heat/Lane (EG: Johnny is swimming in Heat 1, Lane 3 = H1/L3, or 1/3)
• X = Exhibition (Counts as an event and is an official time, but it is a non-scoring lane).
• NT = No Time (Your swimmer does not have a recorded time in our database for that event yet).
• A-2, B-1 = Indicates relays and start positions. 
• A = Relay "A"; B = Relay "B"; A-2 = Relay A, 2nd swimmer; B-1 = Relay B, 1st swimmer, etc.

TEAM TRADITION

After the Belvidere meets, as a team we always go to Zeek's Place to eat ice cream, located on Rt. 519. :)
