Hello Lopatcong Families,

Welcome everyone to a more “normal” swim season than last summer. So excited!
Our first practice is on Monday morning. Below are several time-sensitive updates, so please read to the bottom of this email.

1) First, our Swim Outlet Store with customized gear is open all year-round. If you have any swim needs, please use the link below or you can access it anytime from our team website. All sales earn us a small percentage back in store credit that allows us purchase necessary training equipment. It is important to note that ANY purchase from the general swimoutlet.com website, not just those in our Lopatcong Swim Outlet store, credits our team as long as you go in using our team link first. If done correctly, you will see a header at the top of the screen page to notify you that you are shopping under the Lopatcong Swim team link. Also, if there is any clothing item that you would like customized, just let me know and I can add it at any time. To our new members, make sure you have at least 2 sets of goggles per swimmer (one always gets lost or broken during the season).

2) On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, June 14-16, we will have samples of this year’s swimsuit in all sizes for girls and boys to try-on during practice hours only. It is preferable for you to try on the suits before practice. You must be dry and wearing underwear to try a suit on. Pictures of the suits are attached below. Once we know your size, we can put the suit aside and hold it for ONE day so you can pay by credit card only on our website under the Team Store tab. If you do not pay by 7am the next morning, then the suit will go back into distribution. The suits are first come - first serve and we have a limited supply, so if the size runs out, we might not be able to get more depending on the availability by the vendor. If you don't need to try on a suit and already know your size, make sure to email me to tell me your size and pay online ASAP. All suits once worn are final sale.

- The suits are not mandatory, but preferred. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you choose not to purchase a team suit, we do ask that you try to get a solid green or black suit. You should not be wearing other team suits to our meets.

3) We will be placing ONE order for swim caps again this season on June 16. The caps are black with a “LST” logo, one size fits all. They are the same ones we’ve gotten in the past. A photo is attached below. Swim caps are optional, but most swimmers wear them. Orders can be placed on our website under the Team Store tab. Standard caps with no name are $8 each. Personalized caps (Last names only) are $11 each. Please note that PERSONALIZED CAPS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER OF 2 CAPS. NO PERSONALIZATION CAN BE ORDERED AS A SINGLE CAP. ($22 for a minimum of 2, $33 for 3, etc.)

4) Team t-shirts are $12. They are white, in a softer cotton blend than a standard T. Picture of the front of the shirt is attached below. A full roster of all swimmers’ names will be printed on the back. Again, please order and pay by CC on our website under the Team Store tab no later than June 21.
